DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All new clients are required to pay a $50 deposit to secure there booking. This deposit comes off the total bill on the day. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or no shows will forfeit their deposit. Your deposit is not refundable.

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice you will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee. Late cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances or illness may be required to pay a non refundable deposit to secure your next booking.

If you confirm your appointment, don’t show on the day and have made no contact with the salon to cancel you will be required to pay the full service fee before we can rebook you.
